Once you step foot through our doors and join our space, you will feel the warm and welcoming energy. You'll crave it. Our studio holds high standards. We pride ourselves on our studio family growth. Since we opened our doors we have tripled in size and kept the same clientele. We are here with open arms - welcoming all ages and body types. Come join our studio family!
We know things are a bit funky right now, which is why we are so excited to offer LIVE classes. When you book a live class with us, you'll be joining in with others in-studio. We use the same zoom link, it's a reoccurring meeting ID, once your class is booked, you'll receive more information on how to stream from home.
We have two large studios inside our space. Studio A is located in the front, it's bright, warm and over 900 square feet. Studio B is located in the back, it is dark, candle lit, and over 1,100 square feet. Our mirrors surround both studios, encouraging clients to keep an eye on their form. We are also fully equipped with a private pilates studio that has a balanced body reformer machine and chair. We believe in incorporating private sessions into your group schedule is key to promote optimal health. If you're (unsure or not ready to take) a bit intimidated with group classes, feel free to take advantage of booking privates with our overly qualified staff. Our private studio space is open 7 days week, offering many different styles of sessions. We have really tried to target every type of client in our community. Our method is simple, it's for every body and we pride ourselves on working with prenatal/postnatal recovery, and injury prone clients. We are more than happy to create sessions specifically for our client's needs or preferences. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

All classes are beginner friendly. If you are concerned about the level of intensity, we would recommend trying our signature C_Method® Barre class first.
We love accommodating mommas! Almost all our classes are prenatal friendly. We pride ourselves on the highest, level of knowledge in the pre and postnatal modifications.
The C_Method® is geared towards low impact, preventative movement for optimal health. We love working with you to improve your mobility, strengthen your muscles, and get you out of every day pain.
From ages 18-75, we can modify, challenge, and improve your skills with our method. Each class is dedicated towards improving your form so you can get the most out of each workout.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO REGISTER FOR CLASS?
OUR SIGN-UP WINDOW CLOSES 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE CLASS STARTS. WE HAVE ADJUSTED THIS TIME FRAME DUE TO THE UNCERTAIN TIMES WITH COVID-19. WE UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR SCHEDULE AND YOUR FAMILIES SCHEDULES ARE CHANGING BY THE DAY, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE STAYING UP TO DATE WITH OUR CLASS SCHEDULE.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?
DUE TO CDC GUIDELINES AND THE STATE OF NH HEALTH REQUIREMENTS, WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING MATS DURING THIS TIME. PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH A MAT OF YOUR OWN. WE WILL HAVE PROPS AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO USE, ANY CLIENT IS ALLOWED TO BRING THEIR OWN OR THEY MAY CHOOSE NOT TO BORROW OURS.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
COMFORTABLE CLOTHING. IT HELPS IF YOU WEAR FITTED CLOTHING SO THE INSTRUCTOR CAN SEE YOUR BODY ALIGNMENT, BUT IT IS NOT MANDATORY. WE DO NOT REQUIRE SOCKS IN OUR SPACE, OUR FLOORS ARE CLEANED AND DISINFECTED IN BETWEEN EVERY CLASS.
WE HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED BY THE SATE OF NH TO MAKE SURE OUR DOORS ARE LOCKED WHEN WE BEGIN OUR CLASS. THIS IS TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE CLIENTS THAT HAVE ARRIVED ON TIME AND ARE READY FOR CLASS TO BEGIN. IF YOU ARE LATE WE WILL NOT BE MAKING EXCEPTIONS FOR THOSE WHO COME AFTER OUR CLASS TIME HAS STARTED. WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR UNDERSTANDING.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
THE MOST CONVENIENT WAY TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES IS THROUGH OUR APP. DOWNLOADING OUR APP WILL ALLOW US TO SEND YOU PUSH NOTIFICATIONS, LINK UP YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE TO YOUR CALENDAR, AND SO MUCH MORE.
WE HAVE A STRICT 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. UNLIKE MANY GYMS/STUDIOS, OUR PAYMENT STRUCTURE ALLOWS OUR MEMBERS TO REGISTER MONTHS IN ADVANCE. WE UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO HAVE A SCHEDULE OF YOUR OWN, THEREFORE WE HAVE OPENED UP FULL ACCESS TO OUR SCHEDULE FOR YOU! IN RETURN, WE HAVE SET THE 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY IN PLACE, TO ALLOW EACH CLIENT A CHANCE TO GET INTO THEIR PREFERRED CLASS SCHEDULE. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR CLASS AFTER THE 24 HOUR TIME FRAME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AND A CLASS PASS WILL BE FORFEITED. If you do not feel comfortable with this policy, feel free to register 30 minutes prior to your class start time.

This ballet inspired Pilates workout is set to high energy music and designed to tone and tighten arms, thighs, abs and glute muscles. To maximize the workout, we use various props. We start on a mat and make our way to the barre for support and extra leg work.
This class is set to 90 degrees and has familiar choreography to our triple threat class. Be prepared to work and improve your flexibility, form, core, and so much more.
We will welcome this class back once we see less of a spike in covid19 cases.
This Pilates inspired mat class will target arms, abs, and glutes. If you're just starting out at our studio, this one is a must. Join us in toning and burning those hard to reach areas.
Our only group exercise class where we incorporate heavier weights. This class focuses on upper body and lower body using 10lb weights and band work for added tension. Indoor sneakers recommended.
FORM & CORE
This is our original version of a mat Pilates class. This class works on focusing on your form and abdominal muscle groups. This class is one of the best classes to take 12-14 weeks postpartum because it works on your pelvic floor. You must be open to hands on assistance in order to learn, lengthen, and strengthen those hard to reach areas.
C_Method® takes stretch to another level. We will incorporate positions that stretch your body while building the correct muscles to support and create long, lean lines.
The most challenging class we offer... be prepared to sweat through a full body workout set to upbeat music. It fuses strength and cardio for the ultimate workout experience. Indoor sneakers are recommended.
ARMS & CORE
Targeted class that will tone your arms, strengthen your core, and target those hard to reach areas around your lower belly. This class is not suitable if you are expecting.
