Join me virtually for a 30 or 50 minute session. Happy to target specific areas on your body, and EXCITED to offer private sessions again. I will only be offering these sessions virtually to keep the studio space open for my team.

I have a monthly membership but I want to try a LIVE class - YES! We would love to have you join in on the party! Pick "stream a live class" option above. We recommend all virtual members to join us a few times a month, it gives us an opportunity to adjust your form and make sure you're getting the most out of your workouts.
I want to see the best results - We recommend exercising a minimum of 4x/week to see results. If you're local we would highly recommend joining us in-studio for a few classes to get the full C_Method®Lifestyle experience. Also be sure to check out our 5-Week Challenge Program.
How much does it cost to join? Our prices vary and it definitely depends on your budget. If you're looking to join as just a virtual member and access the prerecorded channel, you're looking at $20/month investment or a $200 fee for the whole year. Both pricing options include the same channel, the yearly option gives you a discount when you buy in bulk.
What does the virtual channel look like? - Our channel grows by the month! Cally adds new content on the 1st of every month. The channel currently has over 100 workouts available to you at all times.
What props do I need? - Check out our equipment page, we have links to each prop, most of them can be ordered right off of Amazon. If you want to jump right in you really don't need anything but your beautiful self.
What is the difference between streaming a video VS streaming a live class? - Great question, don't feel silly, you're not the only one inquiring about this! Understand that streaming a video that is prerecorded is available to you for $20/month and you can access these videos at your own convenience. Streaming a live class means you will need to purchase a pass, register for the class and join us at the scheduled class time.
